Return Policy
Merchandise may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of the date you received your package. A receipt must accompany all items and they must be in new condition with the original tag attached.
- Items marked “Sale” are final sale and cannot be returned;
- Jewelry is refundable only after a manager’s inspection and approval;
- The customer is responsible for shipping and handling of the returned item(s) unless otherwise agreed upon with management. Original shipping fees are non-refundable;
- Please allow 3-5 business days for processing of your refund.

Tracking is provided on all orders. Any order placed before 11am CST will ship the same day, any order placed after 11am CST will ship the following business day.
Estimated delivery time, utilizing USPS ground service, is approximately 3-5 business days. All Federal holidays are excluded.
