Four Directions Balm contains herbs that warm the skin and release vapors to help open stuffy nasal passages. Rub it on the check in a circular motion, covering all four directions. Four Directions Balm can also be dotted under the nasal passages for instant breathing relief.
Headaches: Four Directions is very effective for the pain and pressure of headaches. Rub the balm into the back of the neck, on the temples, on the cheekbones and dot under the nose. If desired, place a wet compress over the eyes, relax, and breathe deep.
Ingredients: Cayenne, cinnamon bark, ginger root, white willow bark, wormwood leaf, chaparral leaf, comfrey leaf, eucalyptus leaf, feverfew leaf, camphor and menthol in a base of extra virgin olive oil and beeswax.

Return Policy
Merchandise may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of the date you received your package. A receipt must accompany all items and they must be in new condition with the original tag attached.
- Items marked “Sale” are final sale and cannot be returned;
- Jewelry is refundable only after a manager’s inspection and approval;
- The customer is responsible for shipping and handling of the returned item(s) unless otherwise agreed upon with management. Original shipping fees are non-refundable;

Tracking is provided on all orders. Any order placed before 11am CST will ship the same day, any order placed after 11am CST will ship the following business day.
